Welcome to the new publishing paradigm.
Abre Tu Boca is building a new pubishing model led by:
- The Inner Voice as source
- Collective Coherence as the organizing intelligence
- Non-Hierarchical Curation through listening to what is coming through clear & ready to be received now
- Social Practice Ritual where writing is lived, spoken, witnessed, and shared
This is a publishing house for the collective voice.
And there is nothing else like it.

Audio Recording Tips
You’ll be recording on your phone — perfect. Here’s how to get clean, usable sound with minimal effort.
Then email to abretubocapress@gmail.com.
Do this:
Find a quiet space (pause and actually listen first).
Set your phone down on a surface. (Holding it creates mic scratches and handling noise.)
Press record → wait 2–3 seconds → start reading. (This gives us clean audio at the beginning.)
Read slowly and clearly.
When finished, wait 2–3 seconds → stop recording. (No cut-offs or scratchy endings.)
Listen once. Re-record if you hear:
Background noise (dogs, traffic, construction, people)
Echo or hollow sound
Mic scratches or bumps
Rushing or clipped words
Avoid:
Echoey rooms (empty rooms, bathrooms)
Fans, AC, open windows
Pro tips (& why these work):
Your car = instant sound booth.
Soft surfaces + small space = warm, contained sound.
Your bed + pillows.
Fabric absorbs sound so it doesn’t bounce or echo.
Extras:
Put your phone in airplane mode (no interruptions)
Keep the phone about a foot away from your mouth
No need to perform — just read naturally
Do you have more writing from past ATB prompts that you’d like to get out into the world?
Fantastic, because we have more opportunities coming — including ATB Curated Editions and Staged Performances. So keep typing up those handwritten pages and stay tuned. The announcements are coming on the ATB Press (Substack).
