What You Are Stepping Into
The Practice Track is a guided experiential training designed for writers, artists, facilitators, and individuals who want to develop a more natural, embodied, and perception-based relationship with writing and language.
Through this training, you will engage both:
• The Abre Tu Boca writing methodology — including inner voice activation, lens-based perception, and subconscious/conscious writing integration
• The circle and listening structure that allows this work to unfold relationally and in community
Participants complete this training with a living writing methodology that can continue supporting their creative, personal, and professional expression long after the program ends.
Training Includes
• Five live group training sessions (one per week, Sundays, 2.5 hours each)
• Direct instruction and guided application of the Abre Tu Boca Method, including:
Inner voice activation
Lens-based perception and perspective development
Subconscious and conscious writing integration
Writing as relational listening and meaning-making
• A 45-minute one-on-one session with Amanda Aileen Fisher focused on your writing and creative development
• Two Abre Tu Boca writing circles included as optional, fully supported participation experiences
• Integration into the global Abre Tu Boca community of writers and practitioners
Scheduling & Training Flow
Your acceptance into the Abre Tu Boca Method Training marks your commitment to deepening your relationship with writing, listening, and inner voice expression through a structured and immersive creative process.
The training experience includes three interconnected components:
Live Method Training Sessions
The five live Zoom sessions create the core progressive learning structure and should be reserved on your calendar. All five sessions are considered core training and are designed to be experienced live whenever possible to support the cumulative nature of the Method.
To support real-life scheduling needs:
• All sessions are recorded for review and integration
• Make-up attendance in alternate session times may be available when scheduling allows
Individual Writing Development
• Your one-on-one session with Amanda may be scheduled anytime during or shortly after the five-week training period
Optional Circle Participation
• The two included writing circles may be attended during or following the training window
• These circles offer the opportunity to experience the Method inside a live circle container and to witness peers from your cohort stepping into facilitated leadership as they complete their certification circles
This structure allows the core training to remain held and progressive while still offering flexibility in completing the full experience.
Creative Development & Continuing Pathways
Completion of the Practice Track supports participants in developing a writing methodology that can be applied across creative, personal, and professional work for years to come.
Participants leave the training with:
• Writing developed during the training using the Method
• A repeatable perception-based writing process they can continue using independently
• Optional continued participation within Abre Tu Boca circles and community spaces
The Practice Track is designed as both a complete creative immersion and a potential doorway into deeper Abre Tu Boca involvement if participants choose.
Participants who later decide to pursue facilitator certification may apply to complete the remaining facilitator training components and pay the difference in tuition when that pathway is opened.

Tuition becomes non-transferable once the training has begun.
You are stepping into a writing discipline, a listening practice, and a creative methodology designed to remain with you long after this training concludes.
Welcome.
