An Abre Tu Boca Stage of Writing

This submission is for consideration to be included as a contributing writer in In Her Words, a curated live stage exploring the feminine through distinct voices shaped inside Abre Tu Boca.
Selected writers will read 1–2 pieces live as part of a carefully composed evening. Individual works will be woven into a larger arc across the event.
This is not an open mic.
It is a curated stage of writing.

• Your piece must have originated from an Abre Tu Boca prompt or gathering
• If you would like to submit more than 1 piece of writing for consideration, please do so in separate forms.
• Maximum 800 words per piece (shorter is often stronger)
• Submit clean, finished writing only
• All languages welcome
• If selected, you must be available on March 3 and arrive by 5:15 PM
• Submission fee: $5 USD / 100 MXN per piece
Submission fees support the curatorial and compositional labor behind the event and contribute to Abre Tu Boca Method Training scholarships. If the fee is a barrier, please reach out — space will be made.
